1. DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY
All standard calligraphy artworks and tattoo designs are delivered instantly as digital files (.zip, .pdf, .png) upon successful payment. Custom calligraphy services will be delivered to your registered email within 3-5 business days. No physical items will be shipped.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LICENSING
All Chinese calligraphy works displayed and sold on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Master Xu and MOUTAI INK. 
* Personal Use License: Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for PERSONAL USE ONLY (e.g., home decoration printing, personal tattoos).
* Commercial Use Prohibited: You are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, duplicating, or using any part of these digital files for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.

3. GOVERNING LAW
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international e-commerce regulations.
