MOUTAI INK specializes exclusively in premium digital art and downloadable calligraphy assets. 

1. NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING
No physical paper, scrolls, or frames will be mailed to your physical address. All products are 100% digital.

2. INSTANT DOWNLOAD
Upon verification of payment, a digital download link will be provided instantly on the order confirmation page. Additionally, an automated email containing the download link will be sent to your email address within a few minutes.

3. CUSTOM ARTWORK TIMELINE
For our "Exclusive Custom Calligraphy" service, Master Xu will handcraft your design individually. The final high-resolution digital package will be sent via email within 3 to 5 business days.
